The application period is now open for the Health Professions Loan Assistance Program and the Rural Provider Loan Assistance Program.  This link will direct you to the online application, which includes a link to the Employer Form.  The Loan Assistance Program application period will end September 13th.  All applicants will be informed of their status in mid-December.  Contact Kevin Jacobson with any questions.
